My Training Funda

My funda is straight - kick hard, punch hard, and repeat till it gets in your bones. You show up with dedication, I’ll push you to get stronger, inside and out. Most people quit because they don’t stick with it, not because they’re weak. Here, hard work is our only shortcut.

What We Train

I’m certified with WAKO, KFI, MMAFI, so you get legit training. You can pick your style:

  • Mixed Martial Arts coaching, where striking and ground work both matter
  • Kickboxing for fat loss, stamina, and real power
  • Boxing, with my usual “ए भाई ज़रा देखके चलो” (Bro, watch your step) advice - we drill footwork, defence, and combos till you move instinctively
  • BJJ grappling sessions, with special days just for submissions and ground strength

Not Just Fighting - It’s a Lifestyle

Training here is about more than throwing punches. You’ll see changes in your fitness, especially belly and lower body fat. Discipline and confidence come standard. Practical self-defense means you’re ready for whatever.

How You Train

Choose your vibe:

  • High-energy group classes, morning or evening
  • Personal training for boxing, fat loss, full body transformation, plus a diet plan
  • Weekend workshops with deep dives into MMA & Kickboxing moves, and you get a certificate

Level Up & Compete

If you’re up for the ring, I’ll prep you for competitions. My students win medals at district and state events. You earn belts and certificates as you progress - yellow belt for Level One, up to black.

For Everyone

Women and kids get dedicated self-defense classes and a safe space. We run sports summer camps for kids too, making sure healthy habits start early. Everyone’s welcome.

My Story

Gold Medalist, certified Black Belt, but mostly, I’m just your coach here at MMA Fitness Zone. This gym’s my second home, my family. Watching students drop 20-30 kg, win medals (21 in one district tourney!), that’s what makes me proud. I love escaping to Rishikesh, dipping in Maa Ganga, or chilling in Gulmarg snow with my partner, but my heart’s always here with my fighters – kids, women, future champs, everyone’s journey fuels me.
