The sound of pads cracking is the sound of progress. Here, we sharpen our tools with intense kickboxing pad work and controlled sparring sessions inside the ring, focusing on technique and power.

It's a science. I break down the technique for dodging and countering, teaching fighters how to step out, hook to the body, and follow up with power shots to the head.

"Body ghumaao poora!" I always say. Here, the class practices high kicks, focusing on full body rotation and balance to generate maximum power and speed.

Repetition is the mother of skill. A student drills kicks and punches on the pads inside the MMA cage, building muscle memory and perfecting his striking combinations.

"Body ghumaao poora!" (Rotate your body completely). That is the one thing I will yell at you until it becomes muscle memory. In this cluster, you aren't just hitting bags; we focus on the physics of the strike—the kinetic chain from your feet through your hips into your knuckles. We don't do fancy, we do effective. You will learn the 'step-out, dodge, counter' rhythm inside our ring so it becomes second nature before you ever face an opponent.
