What Drives Us
Boxing isn’t just about throwing punches - it’s about grit, hustle, and finding your breaking point, then moving past it. I believe every person has a fighter inside, and our classes are built to help you dig deep and bring that out. The journey isn’t easy, but when you earn it, you feel it.
Who Shows Up
Doesn’t matter if you’ve never strapped on gloves or if you’re already chasing medals. I train all - total newbies, seasoned pros, people looking for beginner boxing training, and anyone just wanting to get fitter and sharper. Everyone’s a fighter here.
Inside the Session
Each class is high-intensity and structured:
- Warm up with jogging, skipping, and stretches.
- Technique drills: shadow boxing, padwork, and bagwork for power.
- Sparring (controlled, safe) to put your skills to the test.
- Full-body circuits and boxing fitness workouts finish things off.
- Cool down and stretch so you actually recover.
The Skills We Build
You’ll learn the basics - jabs, crosses, hooks, uppercuts - plus defense moves, footwork, and how to put combos together fast. We don’t just train bodies, we train minds for real boxing ring practice.
Your Spot & Your People
Classes run weekdays, with batches for all:
- Early morning group boxing sessions (unisex)
- Dedicated women-only and kids’ evenings
- Men-only nights
- Ramadan timings are flexible
Our Space
I run sessions in a full-size, pro-level boxing haven in Nagpada, loaded with real gear - boxing ring, punch bags, resistance and functional fitness tools.
