Monthly Group Boxing Membership
Core Schedule & Facility
- Frequency: Monday to Friday (5 days).
- Duration: 90 minutes per session.
- Facility: Old School Non-AC hall with ceiling fans and natural airflow.
- Batches: Access to Morning, Evening, or Night slots.
Daily Workout Rotation
- Conditioning: 20 mins of skipping, jogging, and dynamic stretching.
- Technique: Coach-led shadow boxing and footwork drills.
- Bag Work: Rotational access to 6 heavy bags and wrecking balls.
- Strength: Functional circuit using tractor tyres, sledgehammers, and battle ropes.
- Core: 15 minutes of abdominal exercises to finish.
Supervision
- Format: Group instruction.
- Ratio: 1 coach per 10 to 15 students.
Quarterly Fight Camp Membership

- Validity: 3 consecutive months.

Advanced Technical Access
- Ring Access: Eligibility to train inside the boxing ring for movement drills.

Who Shows Up
Doesn’t matter if you’ve never strapped on gloves or if you’re already chasing medals. I train all - total newbies, seasoned pros, people looking for beginner boxing training, and anyone just wanting to get fitter and sharper. Everyone’s a fighter here.
Inside the Session
Each class is high-intensity and structured:
- Warm up with jogging, skipping, and stretches.
- Technique drills: shadow boxing, padwork, and bagwork for power.
- Sparring (controlled, safe) to put your skills to the test.
- Full-body circuits and boxing fitness workouts finish things off.
- Cool down and stretch so you actually recover.
The Skills We Build
You’ll learn the basics - jabs, crosses, hooks, uppercuts - plus defense moves, footwork, and how to put combos together fast. We don’t just train bodies, we train minds for real boxing ring practice.

Our Space
I run sessions in a full-size, pro-level boxing haven in Nagpada, loaded with real gear - boxing ring, punch bags, resistance and functional fitness tools.

My Story
This journey? Wild ride, honestly. Never thought boxing would land me on a movie set for 'Chandu Champion' – first film, nerves all over, but what a learning! Still, nothing beats seeing kids in my gym turning into future champs or getting called as Chief Guest at a school fest. Big stage or small, it’s about showing up, pushing limits, and being grateful for every chance to get stronger. That’s what keeps me going.
