The Akhada Setup
- Environment: Semi-outdoor covered shed facility (no AC) to build mental toughness and acclimatization.
- Equipment: Unlimited access to USI Universal heavy bags, speed bags, and floor-to-ceiling balls.
- Strength Section: Use of old-school iron plates, barbells, and plyometric boxes for explosive power generation.
Athlete Development
- Ratio: Group training (approx. 1:15) to foster peer learning and competitive spirit.
- Career Pathway: Guidance and registration support for official tournaments like Khelo India and University games.

Who Gets Trained
- Total beginners, never worn gloves? Chalo shuru karte hain (let’s start). I’ll build your basics, confidence, and punch power, one step at a time.
- Kids, youth, and future champs (ages 8+): I run a youth boxing program aimed for school games, nationals, and Olympic boxing preparation.
- Fitness seekers: Boxing workout for fat loss, muscle gain, and stamina.
- Girls and women: Special self-defense boxing classes to build practical skills and confidence.
How Training Works
I mix science and street smarts. Expect shouts of “Guard rakh ke khel!” (play with your guard up) and instant feedback. Training includes pad work, sparring, heavy bag drills, and agility - all in our Kandivali West akhada (gym) with pro ring and full strength zone.

My Story
Hum hain Mumbai Boxing Academy. Humara vibe alag hai – yahan sab family jaisa lagta hai. Outplay Sports Foundation se powered, vision hai Olympics 2028 ke liye champions banana. Boxing humare liye sirf sport nahi, ek art hai. Diwali ho ya Shastra Poojan, gloves ki pooja hoti hai – kyunki yeh hamare hathyar hain. Yahan koi bhi aa sakta hai, bas fighter banna ho toh. Gym nahi, movement hai yeh.
