About Future Champions: Kids Program
Every single kid who walks onto our mats participates fully. There are no benchwarmers here, just future fighters learning to focus. Whether they are five or seventeen, they rotate through the same drills, learn the same discipline, and pick up the same respect for the coach. We start with basics to keep it safe, but the intensity remains real because that is how they build actual confidence.
At Xtrem9, we don't believe in just keeping kids busy. We believe in building character. Our Future Champions program is designed to move your child away from screens and onto the mats where they learn to stand tall.
Why Our Training Is Different
We don't babysit. We train. Our approach, bachon ki training alag hoti hai (kids training is different), means we adapt the intensity for different age groups while keeping the core values of combat sports intact.
- Ages 5-12: We focus on physical literacy. Think coordination drills, basic agility, and non-contact movement patterns. It is all about burning energy and learning how to control their body.
- Ages 13-17: We ramp up the discipline. Here, we introduce structured technique—footwork, punching combinations, and defensive guards. It is about understanding that real power comes from technique, not just throwing punches.
Safety and Respect
Safety is non-negotiable. Whether it is line drills or light, controlled sparring, our coaches are always present. We teach them that the ring is for respect. The ego stays outside the door. They learn to shake hands, listen to instructions, and support the teammate standing next to them. We see kids who walk in shy turn into confident individuals who can hold their own and look people in the eye.
