Before you ever step into our ring for live sparring, we focus on the grind. At our Asmita Club and Ghatkopar studios, you will spend your sessions on the focus mitts with coaches correcting your stance and hip rotation. We don't just want you to throw punches; we want you to throw them with intention and balance. You need your own hand wraps and boxing gloves to get started, as hygiene and safety are the first rules in our house.
