We build the engine here. From battle ropes to tyre flips, we train for functional strength that gives you real power in the ring. No fancy machines, just results.

We believe in two types of pain: the pain of discipline or the pain of regret. Our strength and conditioning sessions with battle ropes and sledgehammers forge unbreakable bodies and minds.

This is what we mean by 'train like a fighter'. Shin conditioning is not for the faint of heart, but it's essential for building the resilience needed for kickboxing and MMA. We turn bones into blades.

Building explosive shoulder strength and endurance with dumbbell exercises. This kind of functional training is a core part of our group conditioning sessions to ensure your arms don't give out mid-fight.

A glimpse into a typical training day. We mix it up with sparring in the ring and intense floor conditioning drills like bear crawls to build full-body strength and agility.

Core conditioning is critical for taking a punch. Here we are drilling body shots to strengthen the abdomen and teach students how to absorb impact. This is how you build a solid foundation.

No pain, no gain. This conditioning drill focuses on building core stability and resistance, a key component for any serious boxer or MMA fighter.

Strength training is for everyone. Here, one of our female fighters builds her power and posterior chain with a proper deadlift, a fundamental exercise for overall athletic performance.

Discipline over motivation. We teach our students to push through, even when they don't feel like it. This body shot conditioning drill builds mental toughness as much as physical resilience.

About The Grind: Strength & Conditioning

You won't find AC or fancy treadmills here. We train in a raw, ventilated warehouse environment because real fights don't happen in a sterile, temperature-controlled room. Expect to be doing bear crawls, tyre flips, and high-intensity battle rope drills to build an engine that actually lasts when you're sparring or competing.
