Yoga isn't just for adults. We help kids and teens build focus, balance, and confidence in a safe, play-filled space. Come, let's explore what your child's body can do.

This is what dedication looks like. With consistent practice, young students can achieve amazing feats of flexibility and focus, building a strong foundation for a healthy life.

Here I am assisting a young student with a backbend to help him build strength and flexibility safely. Hands-on guidance is a core part of my teaching, especially for our little champs.

A young yogini works on a twisting balance pose on the mat outdoors. Poses like this are great for improving coordination and focus in a fun way.

A young boy demonstrates a seated pose with his legs behind his head, showing incredible flexibility. We encourage kids to explore what their bodies can do in a safe and playful manner.

This student is practicing Kandpīḍāsana, a challenging seated pose that requires open hips and a strong core. Her calm expression shows the focus that yoga helps develop.

A young student holds Dhanurasana (Bow Pose) during a school yoga session. This backbend is excellent for strengthening the back muscles and improving posture.

This young girl is in Chakrasana (Wheel Pose), a full backbend that builds strength in the arms, legs, and spine. It's a powerful and energizing pose for kids.

Working on a deep forward bend, this student shows how we progress towards more advanced postures like Supta Kurmasana by practicing consistently.

Another young student practices a deep backbend, bringing her head towards her feet. This helps improve spinal flexibility and opens up the chest.

This student is in Eka Pada Rajakapotasana (One-Legged King Pigeon Pose), a beautiful hip-opening backbend that we teach in our kids' classes to improve flexibility.

About Yoga for Kids & Teens

In every session, I use manual tactile adjustments to ensure safe alignment, whether we are teaching a basic Surya Namaskar or a more advanced backbend. My focus is on making sure your child learns the correct posture from day one, so they develop long-term strength and flexibility without the risk of injury. We keep the group size small—usually 8 to 12 students—so every child gets the personal attention they need to grow their practice safely.
