We believe health is the best wealth, even for the little ones. Our classes blend playful asanas with Sanskrit counting to help kids build focus, flexibility, and confidence in a safe, supportive space.

We provide hands-on assistance to students of all ages. Here, I am helping an adult with a standing split and a young girl with her tree pose, ensuring everyone practices safely.

Fun exercises are a big part of our kids' classes. We mix playful activities like musical chairs with yoga poses to keep them engaged and active.

We use straps to help our young students safely explore backbends. This tool helps them understand the correct alignment for opening their shoulders and chest.

About Yoga for Kids: Playful Practice

Many parents worry that yoga might be too static for active children. That is why we use yoga wheels, blocks, and straps to make each pose feel like an engaging challenge.
