The biggest challenge with online yoga is knowing if you are actually performing the asana correctly. In my sessions, we keep the camera on so I can provide real-time verbal cues for your alignment. After every advanced class, I send you annotated screenshots of your poses, so you have a visual reference of exactly what to adjust—such as muscle engagement or hand placement—to keep your practice safe and effective.

Online learning should not mean generic, pre-recorded flows that leave you guessing about your form. My one-on-one sessions are designed to replicate the precision of a private in-studio class, regardless of your time zone. The Technical Side of My Practice

We utilize Zoom or Google Meet to maintain a constant, high-definition connection. My teaching method relies on:

  • Real-time Alignment: I watch your movement during the flow. If your spine is not straight in Adho Mukha Svanasana (Downward Dog) or your knee alignment is off in a lunge, you will know instantly.
  • Prop-Assisted Modification: If you do not have blocks or straps, we use household items like belts and towels. I teach you how to use these to safely deepen your stretches.
  • Post-Session Feedback: For advanced flows, I review recordings and send annotated screenshots. This visual evidence helps you understand your micro-adjustments, making it much easier to correct patterns that you cannot feel while in the pose.

Safety First

Yoga is a journey, not a race. Before we attempt complex inversions like Sirsasana (Headstand) or Bakasana (Crow Pose), we spend time on mobility and preparatory strength drills. If you are joining me for therapeutic needs, such as PCOD management or back pain relief, we maintain a restorative, slow-paced flow. Your health history and current comfort levels dictate the session's intensity, ensuring you progress without the risk of injury.
