In our weekly meditation classes and community circles, we focus on nervous system regulation rather than just quiet sitting. You will find that we combine breathwork, sound, and simple rituals to help you release lingering stress, clear energy that isn't yours, and return to a state of personal safety.
We created Uruvana to be a sanctuary where the city's frantic energy dissolves. When you join our meditation or ThetaHealing circles, you are not just attending a class; you are participating in an energetic cleanse. We use smudging with sage and palo santo, chanting, and crystal placements to ensure the space remains high-vibe and supportive. Our community circles, including the monthly drum gatherings, are about connection—finding a shared rhythm with like-minded individuals.
Whether you are a beginner or a regular practitioner, our sessions are accessible. We provide props like bolsters, mats, and eye masks. If you are struggling with insomnia, anxiety, or simply the mental clutter of a demanding work week, our guided Yoga Nidra or Nada Yoga sessions offer a path to deep rest. We host these sessions in our air-conditioned, sound-insulated studio in Indiranagar, ensuring your practice is uninterrupted.
