In our sound healing sessions, we use Tibetan singing bowls and chimes to create a resonant environment where your body can physically drop into a deeper state of rest. It is not just about listening; it is about feeling the vibrations shift the energy in the room, which is why we provide yoga mats, bolsters, and eye masks so you can fully let go without feeling self-conscious about being in a public space.

How Our Healing Sessions Work

What to Expect

We handle the ambiance, the lighting, and the props so that all you need to do is show up.
