My Story
Hey, I'm Rupal Sheth, founder of Uruvana. My journey as an energy and sound healer has been a wild one - plant medicine, ceremonies, even finding a guardian rock for our space. Uruvana is my dream come true, a sanctuary for anyone seeking a real homecoming. Every crystal placed, every whiff of sage, it’s all done with intention. This isn’t just a studio, it’s a space that holds you, lets you breathe, and helps you find your way back to yourself.
