About The Path of Nada & Yoga Nidra

You do not need prior experience or flexibility to join these sessions. Whether you are coming for a Yoga Nidra workshop to manage stress or a Nada Yoga circle to release pent-up emotions, all you need is an open mind. We provide the mats, eye masks, and the space; you simply show up to rest and reconnect.

Understanding Nada Yoga

Nada Yoga is the path of inner stillness through sound and vibration. As the first sense we develop in the womb, hearing has a profound influence on our mind, emotions, and energy. Our workshops guide you through the theory and practice of sound meditation, helping you channel emotions that feel stuck or overwhelming. By focusing on sound, we help you transform frustration into a more satvik (pure) state of being, using chanting, breathwork, and external soundscapes to access deep meditation.

The Restorative Power of Yoga Nidra

In a fast-paced city like Bengaluru, our nervous systems are often stuck in 'fight or flight' mode. Yoga Nidra is our primary antidote. It is a guided practice—often called 'yogic sleep'—that bridges the gap between waking and sleep. During these sessions, you lie down comfortably while being guided through body scanning and breath awareness. This induces deep muscular relaxation, allowing you to release suppressed emotions and gain mental clarity. It is essentially a reset button for your nervous system.

Why Join Our Sessions

We keep our workshops small and intentional. You do not need to be a yoga practitioner to attend. These sessions are designed for anyone looking for:
