"The Wisdom Years" is a soulful workshop for women in their 40s and beyond. We use mindfulness, gentle yoga, breathwork, and self inquiry to embrace hormonal shifts and redefine aging as a journey of empowerment.

We are happy to host Annelise Piers, an RYT 500 and doTERRA essential oils advocate. Her classes on Yin Yoga are rooted in the 5 Daoist Elements and focus on women's wellness, digestive health, and weight management.

Our AromaYin classes enhance a traditional Yin practice with strategically chosen essential oils. These sessions are designed to help balance hormones and deepen your connection to the body's subtle energies.

Our Women's Wellness programming focuses on the intersection of movement and hormonal health. Through our AromaYin sessions, we incorporate the 5 Daoist Elements and meridian alignment to support your nervous system. These classes are designed to provide physical relief for symptoms like hot flashes and fatigue, while using essential oils to ground your practice and promote emotional stability.

Navigating the wisdom years of perimenopause and menopause requires a different kind of care. It is a time for slowing down and reconnecting with your body, not pushing it to its limits. At Uruvana, we have designed our workshops and community circles to address this specific transition with grace and intention.

The AromaYin Approach

Unlike high-intensity workouts, our Yin Yoga sessions are slow and restorative. We work deeply into the fascia to release tension, which is crucial when your body is experiencing hormonal fluctuations. By integrating doTERRA essential oils into our AromaYin practice, we assist in balancing hormones and supporting digestive health. These classes are rooted in the 5 Daoist Elements and 12 energy meridians, allowing you to live more in harmony with your natural cycles.
