"The Wisdom Years" is a soulful workshop for women in their 40s and beyond. We use mindfulness, gentle yoga, breathwork, and self inquiry to embrace hormonal shifts and redefine aging as a journey of empowerment.

We are happy to host Annelise Piers, an RYT 500 and doTERRA essential oils advocate. Her classes on Yin Yoga are rooted in the 5 Daoist Elements and focus on women's wellness, digestive health, and weight management.

Our AromaYin classes enhance a traditional Yin practice with strategically chosen essential oils. These sessions are designed to help balance hormones and deepen your connection to the body's subtle energies.
