Combat Training
- Striking & Defense: Instruction on Muay Thai stances, footwork, and basic combos (Jab, Cross, Hook, Kicks) with partner blocking drills.

- Grappling: Introduction to ground game, positioning, and takedowns practiced on safety puzzle mats.
Desi Strength & Conditioning
- Tire & Hammer: Full-body power development using heavy tractor tire flips and sledgehammer rotational drills.
- Digging Drills: Unique "Phawda" (shovel) exercises involving digging earth to build grip strength and lower back endurance.
- Outdoor Cardio: Endurance building through road runs and sprints on nearby tracks or fields.
Batch Specs
- Schedule: 60-90 minute sessions held 5-6 days a week (Morning or Evening).
- Facility: Non-AC indoor hall with mats combined with an outdoor dirt training ground.

- Conditioning: HIIT sessions designed to mimic the specific energy systems required for 3-round fights.

Strength That Works
Forget boring gym routines. My training is about raw, functional strength. We do unconventional desi workouts - tire flips, sledgehammer strikes, shovel digging - plus bodyweight stuff and agility drills. Stamina is everything, so expect outdoor sprints and hurdles to push your limits.

I’m not just here to make you tough. This is about building confidence and discipline. Many students go on to compete, but it’s not only for athletes. It’s for anyone ready to work hard - boys, girls, men, women, beginners or champs. Main tennu sirf ladna sikha sakun, par ladna tennu khud hai (I can only teach you how to fight, but you have to do the fighting yourself).

My Story
Main Vishal Duggal, SFL Gym aur King Panther Martial Art Academy ka coach. 10-5 ki naukri karna mere bas ki baat nahi thi. Mujhe apni zindagi mein kuch alag karna tha, kuch aisa jo family aur desh ke liye proud feel ho. Jab mere 'little stars' ring mein jeette hain, asli khushi tab milti hai. Hum medals ke liye nahi, character ke liye ladte hain. Sapna hai ek din hamare yahan se bhi koi UFC tak pahunche. Bas mehnat, mehnat, aur mehnat.
My Work
MMA, Wushu, Kickboxing, Thaiboxing, Self-Defense, Yoga - Hum sabko train karte hain - kids, adults, boys, girls. Desi MMA training, weight loss, strength building sab milta hai.
Desi Style Training - Yahan fancy gym nahi, asli mitti, tire uthana, highway running fitness. Raw kickboxing coaching hai, real hai, kaam karta hai.
Serious Trainees Only - Jeetne ki zidd chahiye. Time-pass waale please mat aana. State champion banna ho ya self-defense seekhna ho, full push milega.
Champions Banate Hain - Delhi State, SFL, Khelo India - humare students ne medals jeete hain. Hum champions banate hain.
