- Need personal attention? One-on-one training bhi milta hai (one-on-one training is also available)
Apni Taaqat Pe Kaam Kar
- Raw strength & conditioning: Dumbbells, free weights, and machines to build solid power
- Bodyweight mastery workouts: From basic push-ups and squats to advanced ring muscle-ups, handstands, and mad core challenges
- 6-week transformation program: HIIT, strength, and cardio mixed for real, visible results (but only if you give it everything)

- Train men, women, kids - koi restriction nahi (no restrictions)
