Stand-Up Striking: Boxing & Kickboxing

This is the core of our self-defense system. We teach you how to throw real punches, kicks, knees, and elbows that work on the street, not just in a gym. You will learn everything from basic combinations on the heavy bag and pad work with a coach to controlled sparring with partners.

Ground Game: Wrestling & Jiu-Jitsu

Most fights end up on the ground, and we make sure you're ready for it. We teach practical wrestling and Jiu-Jitsu techniques focused on takedowns, controlling an opponent, and finishing the fight with submissions. You will learn how to handle yourself when the fight gets close.

Warrior Conditioning

A fighter's greatest weapon is their engine. Our conditioning is not about looking good, it's about performing when it counts. We use a mix of calisthenics, explosive drills, and strength training to build the raw physical toughness required for self-defense.
