Why We Train
Not everyone’s a born lion, but you can still train like one. If you’re after real challenge, not just fancy moves, this is the place. We’re big on sher paida hote hain (lions are born), but we’ll help you roar even if you feel like a sheep right now.
Pick Your Combat Path
You get to choose your focus or mix it up in our complete MMA curriculum:
- Boxing: Footwork, combos, and the nitty gritty of defense. Work the bags, pads, and get hands-on coach attention.
- Muay Thai & Kickboxing: Punches, kicks, elbows, knees - you’ll use all eight limbs. It’s tough, sweaty, and you’ll love the rush.
- Grappling (Wrestling & Jiu-Jitsu): We’ll show you takedowns, ground control, and submissions. Beginners get their own safe start.
- Wushu: Not just for show - our fighters have actual state medals here.
How We Work
Training’s mostly in group classes. Warm-ups, technique drills, and serious conditioning circuits. We run morning batches for beginners. Strength and functional strength workouts are routine - bas hard work (just hard work), no shortcuts.
Who’s Welcome
Doesn’t matter if you’ve never thrown a punch or you’re coming off a win. We have everyone - men, women, kids. Kids’ martial arts programs help build confidence early.
