We do not teach fancy moves that look good on camera. We teach striking that works in a real fight. Join our Malviya Nagar batches for raw, intense boxing and kickboxing training.

Our training floor is a dynamic space where multiple students engage in different drills simultaneously. Here you can see partner sparring for boxing and kickboxing happening side by side, creating a realistic and energetic atmosphere.

Learn to hit hard and move smart. A student works with a coach on her boxing, combining heavy bag work for power and pad drills for accuracy and defensive movement.

One on one coaching is key to refining your technique. Here, a coach uses focus mitts and a body shield to help a student practice powerful punch combinations and body shots.

Sweat more in practice, bleed less in war. This drill focuses on explosive kickboxing combinations, with a student practicing punches and kicks on the pads held by a coach.

We train everyone to be a fighter, regardless of their starting point. This clip shows both men and women working on their striking, from heavy bag drills to partner sparring.

It's never too late to start working on yourself. We welcome beginners and provide personalized instruction, like this pad work session designed to build a solid foundation in boxing.

About Stand-Up Striking: Boxing & Kickboxing

When you walk in for a striking session, do not expect a polished or air-conditioned studio. We train on 25mm EVA mats with fans, focused purely on heavy bag work, partner pad drills, and controlled sparring. You will work on your stance, learn to throw combinations that actually land, and get conditioned until you are gasping. Whether you are 15 or 50, you are expected to put in the work—no excuses, just sweat.
