Most fights eventually go to the ground. Learn to control your opponent, escape from tough holds, and use leverage effectively with our no-nonsense grappling curriculum.

Functional strength is essential for grappling. We incorporate wrestling-specific conditioning like partner-carry drills and practice ground control techniques from top and bottom positions.

We empower women with the skills to defend themselves on the ground. Here, students practice wrestling takedowns, learning how to use leverage and technique to control a larger opponent.

This is where you learn to be comfortable in uncomfortable situations. Our beginner Jiu-Jitsu class focuses on fundamental ground movements and drills to build a solid grappling base.

About Ground Game: Wrestling & Jiu-Jitsu

We don't teach fancy moves that only look good on screen. Our ground game training is about practical survival. Whether you are learning to defend against a takedown or working from the bottom, the goal is simple, move with intention, use your leverage, and get back to your feet safely.

Most street altercations do not stay on their feet. If you do not have a game plan for when things get close, you are vulnerable. Our wrestling and Jiu-Jitsu training focuses on closing the gap, executing clean takedowns, and understanding positional hierarchy on the ground.

We use 20 to 25mm EVA mats that provide the right balance of grip and cushion for intense scrambling. Our sessions are built around reality, not theory. You will spend time learning how to escape holds, control an opponent from top or bottom positions, and secure submissions like the rear-naked choke.

It is hard work. You will get sweaty and you will be pushed out of your comfort zone. We keep the batches mixed-gender because self-defense is for everyone. Whether you are looking to enter the ring for a competition or simply want the confidence that comes with knowing you can handle a close-quarters situation, this is where you start. If it does not challenge you, it does not change you. Come ready to work.
