About Our Programs & Announcements
Here, we don't do 'soft' training. Every gymnastics batch at MMA Tigers is built on the same principle as martial arts—discipline, body awareness, and repetitive drills that actually work. Whether it’s your child learning basic balance or you training for back handsprings, expect me to correct your posture, push your flexibility, and make sure your form is tight. No shortcuts.
At MMA Tigers, my programs are about creating athleticism that lasts. We focus on air awareness and control, not just flash.
The Programs
- Group Batches: 60-minute sessions, 3 days a week. We split these by age—3-6, 7-12, and 13+—because a toddler’s development needs a different pace than a teen’s. We use 25mm EVA foam mats, providing a safe surface for floor-based tumbling, cartwheels, and forward rolls.
- Personal Training: If you have a specific goal—like mastering a backflip or fixing deep muscle tightness—1-on-1 sessions are the way to go. I provide manual spotting and real-time video feedback to break plateaus quickly.
- At-Home Training: Don’t have time to commute to my Tilak Nagar academy? I bring the training to you. We focus on calisthenics, flexibility, and floor-based conditioning using your own space.
