This is a beginner's boxing class in session. Students learn fundamental footwork, defensive guards, and punching combinations on the mats, building a solid base for sparring.

About Beyond Gymnastics: Athletic Development
Most students come to me wanting to learn backflips, but we start with the basics of floor movement. We focus on grip strength using manila ropes, core stability with tractor tyres, and deep flexibility on our 25mm EVA mats. If you cannot hold a proper plank, you cannot throw a perfect punch. I push you here so that when you move to sparring or competition, your body already knows how to react.
I do not teach gymnastics for the stage, I teach it for the ring. Whether you are training for MMA, boxing, or simply want a body that listens to your commands, you need this foundation. We break the training down into specific, age-appropriate batches: kids, juniors, and adults. Each 60-minute session is pure work. We practice floor-based acrobatics like forward rolls, cartwheels, and handstands—not to look cool, but to improve your air awareness and balance.
For teens and adults, we focus heavily on PNF stretching and plyometrics to fix the stiffness in your muscles. You will see my students using stability balls for core control and vertical ropes to build the grip power required for grappling. If you are an athlete, these gymnastics drills are non-negotiable. If you cannot make it to my Tilak Nagar academy, I also offer at-home training where I bring the discipline to your doorstep. Just remember, I am there to fix your form and push your limits. There is no compromise here.
