Pricing Guide
Standard Foundation Program (3 Days/Week)
Schedule & Batch
- Frequency: 3 days per week (typically alternate days like Mon/Wed/Fri).
- Duration: 60 minutes per session.
- Class Size: Group setting with approx. 12-15 students per batch.
Training Scope
- Floor Work: Mastery of forward/backward rolls, cartwheels, handstands, and bridge holds.
- Apparatus Access: Rotation on Balancing Beam, Parallel/Uneven Bars, Vaulting table, and Trampoline.
- Conditioning: 15-minute dedicated slot for flexibility (splits) and core strength using Zero Gravity methods.
Facility & Equipment
- Venue: High-ceiling warehouse facility (non-AC with industrial fans) for maximum vertical clearance.
- Safety: Professional-grade crash mats and safety padding throughout the floor.
- Equipment: Includes specialized aids like Mushroom trainers and wall bars.
- Supervision: Curriculum set by NSNIS Certified Coach with active spotting by assistants.
Intensive Zero Gravity Program (6 Days/Week)
Frequency & Intensity
- Schedule: 6 days per week (Monday to Saturday).
- Duration: 60 to 75 minutes per session.
- Focus: High-frequency training designed to build muscle memory and discipline quickly.
Advanced Curriculum
- Complex Tumbling: Training for Round-offs, Back Handsprings, Walkovers, and basic Saltos (flips).
- Conditioning: Intensive strength drills including rope climbs, leg lifts on wall bars, and press handstands.
- Apparatus Focus: Extended time on Roman Rings, High Bar, and Pommel Horse trainers for technique perfection.
Mentorship & Access
- Coaching: Higher probability of direct correction and push from Head Coach Manish Gautam.
- Progression: Frequent assessment of skills for potential competitive pathways.
- Safety: Full access to landing mats for safely attempting new aerial skills.

Why Gymnastics?
For me, gymnastics is where real strength and focus start. I teach you to jaan lagana (put your soul into it) - not just for skills, but so your mind doesn’t quit before your body does. Yeh sirf flip karne ki baat nahi hai (It’s not just about flipping). It’s learning to keep going, even when you feel like stopping.
Who Can Join
Anyone, honestly.
- Kids who’ve never stepped in a gym before
- Adults who think "ab toh late ho gaya" (now it's too late)
- No experience needed, just a little spark
- Both beginner tumbling class and adult gymnastics lessons are part of my routine
What We Do
I break it down into three parts:
- Foundation: Core strength and flexibility training for non-athletes. Splits, backbends, and bodyweight moves.
- Skills: We’ll get you rolling, cartwheeling, handstanding - basic handstand tutorials included. If you stick around, we’ll try saltos and walkovers.
- Equipment: Don’t worry, I’ll teach you safe gymnastics equipment use on beams, bars, rings, pommel, vault. Full support, no shortcuts.
My Style
I push hard. 10 reps ka bola toh 15 karne padenge (If I say 10 reps, you’ll end up doing 15). But I spot you every step, so you’re never alone and safety matters more than speed.
Man ke jeete jeet hai, man ke haare haar (Victory and defeat are in the mind).
Last Bit
Bas mehnat karo, koshish karo (Just work hard, keep trying). If you have even 1% courage, I’ll help you find the rest on the mat.

My Story
I’m NSNIS certified, running Zero Gravity Gymnastics Academy. My motto? Replace 'I wish' with 'I will.' Kids, adults, whoever walks in, I want them to feel that spark. Apna sapna pura karne ke liye jeb mein paise nahi, jigar mein hausla chahiye (Dreams need guts, not money). Students here win medals, but it’s the sweat and fire that matter most. Champions aren’t born, they’re made. That’s what we’re about.
