Partner yoga, or AcroYoga, is an excellent tool for building trust and communication within a team. This practice encourages support and collaboration, creating a stronger bond between colleagues as they work together to achieve a pose.
My sessions blend traditional practices with dynamic flows to build energy and strength. Here, we are moving through the Ashtanga Surya Namaskar B, a sequence that warms up the entire body and is suitable for both in-person and online participants.
Every session concludes with deep relaxation to integrate the benefits of the practice. I guide your team through Yoga Nidra, a state of conscious sleep that deeply rejuvenates the body and mind, helping to fight fatigue and reduce stress levels.
