We use supportive props like Iyengar-style metal chairs, foam blocks, and bolsters so you can practice comfortably, regardless of joint stiffness or back limitations. Our focus is strictly on gentle mobility and stability, ensuring you feel secure and supported through every movement.

As we grow older, our bodies require a different rhythm. Our Golden Age Yoga sessions in Andheri West are carefully designed to support joint health, bone density, and overall mobility. These classes are not just about physical movement; they are a space for social connection and mental clarity.
