A glimpse into the flow of our general yoga classes at our Andheri West studio. We focus on building strength and stamina through sequences that include variations of Chaturanga Dandasana.
In our group sessions, we explore twisting postures like Parivrtta Parsvakonasana (Revolved Side Angle Pose). These asanas are great for improving spinal mobility and detoxifying the body.
Students practice Utthita Trikonasana (Extended Triangle Pose), using blocks to ensure proper alignment. This shows how we adapt poses for every individual in our group classes.

When you align your breath with movement, magic happens. Here, our tribe flows through a Surya Namaskar (Sun Salutation) sequence, a foundational practice for building heat and focus.
Our warm-up sequences are designed to gently open the body and prepare the muscles for deeper practice. We focus on shoulder and spine mobility to prevent injury and improve posture.
About Our Group Classes: Hatha & Ashtanga Flow
In our group classes, we do not believe in forcing your body into a pose. We use props like cork blocks, bolsters, and Iyengar-style metal chairs to help you find the right alignment. Whether you are struggling with a forward fold or working on your first handstand, these tools help you practice safely, no matter your current flexibility or experience level.
Our daily practice at the 7 Bungalows studio is designed to be a complete experience. We begin each session by grounding ourselves, often with gentle Mantra chanting, before moving into Surya Namaskar to build internal heat and focus. The core of our practice blends Hatha yoga, which emphasizes steadiness and alignment, with the dynamic, rhythmic flow of Ashtanga Vinyasa.
We structure our classes to ensure you get more than just a workout. You will spend time on Asanas to improve mobility and strength, followed by Pranayama for breath awareness and Dhyana to clear your mind. Each session concludes with Savasana, a period of intentional rest that is vital for absorbing the benefits of your practice.
We keep our group batches to a size where we can provide personal attention, ensuring you are moving correctly. If you are new to the mat, do not worry. Yahan sab welcome hai. We have students ranging from absolute beginners to advanced practitioners, and our teachers are always ready to modify poses to suit your body. We are located just a few minutes from the Versova Metro station, making it convenient to drop in for a morning session before work or an evening flow to unwind.
