This is my core belief: you have to earn your fitness through hard work. Here, I am providing hands-on assistance to a client with her Chakrasana (Wheel Pose), ensuring correct form to help her safely push her limits and build serious back and core strength.

It is so important to get kids off their phones and moving. My kids' fitness classes focus on building a strong foundation of physical health and discipline through engaging yoga and activities.
We use unique tools like Lathis (sticks) in our stick yoga sessions. This helps improve posture, alignment, and balance, offering a different kind of challenge compared to traditional yoga.
Yoga is also about connection. My partner yoga classes are a great way to build trust and achieve deeper stretches, and we always include partner meditation and pranayama to calm the mind together.
