In my studio and online sessions, we focus on what gets results: a mix of power yoga for fat loss, Hatha for flexibility, and pranayama for mental clarity.
I operate across Bengaluru, from Jayanagar and Banashankari to ISRO Layout, helping everyone from corporate professionals to those managing health conditions.
