I provide hands-on assistance to make sure you are getting the most out of every pose safely. Here, I'm helping a student deepen her stretch using a yoga block, a tool we often use to improve alignment and flexibility for all levels.

- Group Yoga & Meditation: We run morning batches (8-10 AM) that mix Hatha and Vinyasa flows. It is a group setting where you actually get to know the person on the mat next to you.
- Dance Fitness: When we aren't doing yoga, we are keeping the energy high with Bhangra, Bollywood, and Zumba sessions that feel more like a party than a workout.
