Traditional Hatha yoga isn’t meant to be casual. It’s a practice of consistency, or abhyasa. Our workshops, like the 21-Day Yoga Sadhana, are designed to turn a sporadic habit into a disciplined daily practice. By carving out a specific window of time to show up, you allow the body to open and the mind to settle in ways a single drop-in class rarely permits.
Our Current Workshop Focus
- 5 Elements Series: We break down the practice into Earth, Water, Fire, Air, and Space. This helps you understand which areas of your body or mind need grounding versus which need burning off.
- Mobility & Deep Dives: From hip and spine opening to arm balance drills, these sessions provide the technical breakdown you don't always get in a standard hour-long flow. We work on precise alignment to keep you safe.

- Structure: We use props—blocks, belts, and bolsters—to ensure you can access deep stretches safely, regardless of your current flexibility.
- Progression: You aren't guessing what comes next. Each session builds on the last, meaning by the end of a 21-day challenge, you’ve naturally progressed into postures that felt impossible on day one.
