The Private Experience In private sessions at my Bandra studio, we have the luxury of time and focus. We begin with a physical assessment to see where you are holding tension or where you need more support. This allows us to work therapeutically, whether that means managing injury rehab, exploring prenatal modifications, or breaking down advanced postures like arm balances. You get manual adjustments and assisted stretching, which is often the missing piece for students who feel stuck in their practice.
Online Classes: Real Connection I know what you might be wondering: can you really get the same benefit online? My online classes are not just recordings. I use a hybrid setup with a projector so I can see you clearly while I teach. You get real-time feedback on your form, breath, and alignment. It is designed to be interactive, so you are never just following a video; you are being guided.
Is this right for you? These sessions are for anyone, regardless of experience. If you are a total beginner, we can build a strong foundation without the pressure of a full room. If you are a seasoned practitioner, we can use this space to dive into the technical details of pranayama or specific kriyas that you cannot cover in a standard group class.
