Step into our bright, tree-lined studio in Bandra—a space designed for you to leave the city rush behind and reconnect with your breath.

Our studio is a haven surrounded by trees. This is the view that greets you, a promise of the peace and connection with nature that we cultivate in our practice.

The studio, ready for a class. Each mat is a space for personal discovery, set up with bolsters and blocks to support every student's unique journey.

A quick tour of the energy in our studio. From students finding their focus in advanced poses to me offering adjustments, this is a space for growth, support, and mindful movement.

Restoration is non-negotiable in my classes. Here you can see the studio set up for deep rest, with every student supported by bolsters, blocks, and straps to completely let go.

A class in session, focusing on neck and shoulder release. Our bright, airy studio provides the perfect backdrop for students to find space in their bodies and minds.

A moment of shared intention at the start of a Hatha yoga class. The Anjali mudra (prayer hands) helps center our energy as a group before we begin to move.

Students in Gomukhasana (Cow Face Pose) during our 21-Day Yoga Challenge. The studio mirror reflects their focus and dedication, while the 'Tangerine' light glows in the background.

A different angle of our Gomukhasana practice, showing the clean, minimalist aesthetic of the studio that allows the focus to remain on the internal practice.

I call this 'Women with Wings'. Here, I'm assisting a student with Sarvangasana (Shoulder Stand), while others practice Sirsasana (Headstand) in the background, showing the variety of levels in one class.

A beautiful moment of collective rest during a yoga day celebration. The indoor and outdoor spaces merge, allowing students to feel both connected to the group and to the nature outside.

About Our Studio: A Sanctuary for Practice

We built this space in Bandra West specifically to blur the line between indoor practice and the outdoors. Our floor-to-ceiling glass doors open right up to the trees, so whether you are in a restorative yin pose or holding a challenging inversion, you are constantly grounded by the sight and sound of nature, helping you find that elusive 'sukham' (ease) in your practice.
