Tangerine Arts Studio: Authentic Hatha Yoga in Bandra
Welcome to our sanctuary. We blend traditional Hatha yoga with mindful movement to help you find balance, strength, and stillness right here in Bandra.
This is the heart of my practice: connecting with nature, finding grace, and breathing into the moment. Here in a lush green space, I'm in Anjaneyasana, or the low lunge pose, feeling the earth beneath me and the sky above.
In our studio, I guide students to find their own alignment and truth. Here, I'm observing a class in Adho Mukha Svanasana (Downward-Facing Dog), ensuring everyone feels supported in our beautiful indoor-outdoor space.
I believe yoga is a way to balance the elements within us. In this video, I introduce my 'Five Elements' workshop, explaining how we can explore earth, water, fire, air, and space through our practice to find health and well-being.

We love taking our practice to new places. This was from our 'Yoga on the Sea' event, where we shared a morning of meditation and movement on a yacht, connecting with the rhythm of the water.
Rest is not a luxury; it's a vital part of our practice. Here, a student finds deep relaxation in Supta Baddha Konasana (Reclining Bound Angle Pose), fully supported by a bolster and bench to open the heart and calm the mind.
My teaching is hands-on and personal, focusing on safe alignment and gentle encouragement. In this moment, I'm assisting a student in Urdhva Dhanurasana (Wheel Pose) to help them find more space and openness in their backbend.

Whether you are joining us for a morning flow or a restorative stretch, our Hatha practice emphasizes alignment and breathwork to ensure you leave feeling grounded, not just worked out. We limit our group sessions to 10-15 students, so you always get the personal attention and verbal adjustments you need to practice safely. 🍊

Our core offering is Traditional Hatha Yoga, a practice that balances sthira (stability) and sukham (ease). Our sessions are holistic, blending dynamic asanas with pranayama (breathwork), kriya, mudra, and meditation to create a full mind-body experience.
Our studio in Bandra West is designed to be a peaceful escape. We provide all the necessary props—high-density Manduka mats, cork blocks, bolsters, and even a rope wall for Iyengar-style deep stretching—so you only need to show up.
Whether you are a total beginner or have been practicing for years, our classes are open to all levels. We focus on the how rather than the what—it is not about how deep you can go into a pose, but how you feel while you are in it. By keeping our classes small, we make sure that everyone, from prenatal students to those working on injury rehab, gets the attention they deserve.
