Tangerine Arts Studio: Authentic Hatha Yoga in Bandra

Welcome to our sanctuary. We blend traditional Hatha yoga with mindful movement to help you find balance, strength, and stillness right here in Bandra.

This is the heart of my practice: connecting with nature, finding grace, and breathing into the moment. Here in a lush green space, I'm in Anjaneyasana, or the low lunge pose, feeling the earth beneath me and the sky above.

In our studio, I guide students to find their own alignment and truth. Here, I'm observing a class in Adho Mukha Svanasana (Downward-Facing Dog), ensuring everyone feels supported in our beautiful indoor-outdoor space.

I believe yoga is a way to balance the elements within us. In this video, I introduce my 'Five Elements' workshop, explaining how we can explore earth, water, fire, air, and space through our practice to find health and well-being.

Finding new perspectives is a beautiful part of yoga. This artistic shot captures a moment of play and focus in a Salamba Sirsasana (Supported Headstand) variation, silhouetted against the light of the studio windows.

We love taking our practice to new places. This was from our 'Yoga on the Sea' event, where we shared a morning of meditation and movement on a yacht, connecting with the rhythm of the water.

Rest is not a luxury; it's a vital part of our practice. Here, a student finds deep relaxation in Supta Baddha Konasana (Reclining Bound Angle Pose), fully supported by a bolster and bench to open the heart and calm the mind.

My teaching is hands-on and personal, focusing on safe alignment and gentle encouragement. In this moment, I'm assisting a student in Urdhva Dhanurasana (Wheel Pose) to help them find more space and openness in their backbend.

Our yoga challenges are about creating discipline and community. This video gives you a glimpse into our 14-day challenge, where we work together on strength, mobility, and self-care, both in the studio and online.
