We maintain a zero-distraction environment—no mirrors or loud music—so you can focus entirely on your breath and internal alignment. Whether you are here for a single technical workshop on inversions or a five-week progression course, our focus remains on traditional Hatha yoga and clear, step-by-step instruction.
At our centre in Kailash Colony, we share the teachings of Swami Sivananda and Swami Vishnudevananda. We view yoga as a path to health and peace of mind rather than just a physical exercise. This cluster provides a look at the various ways you can engage with that path.
Our Approach
We stick to the traditional Sivananda sequence, which is designed to keep your body supple and your mind calm. You will not find advanced sound systems or distractions here. We believe that internal focus is the key to real progress. Our teachers are trained to offer hands-on, firm adjustments to help you find the correct alignment, whether you are struggling with a basic pose or working toward a challenging headstand.
What You Will Find
- Technical Workshops: These focus on specific areas like inversions (Sirsasana), pranayama breathwork, or Shat Kriya cleansing techniques like Jala Neti. They are 90 to 120 minutes of deep study.
- Progression Courses: If you want a consistent challenge, our 5-week intermediate courses move through a fixed syllabus, from forward bends to advanced balancing, allowing you to grow alongside a regular group.
- Sacred Art & Meditation: We occasionally host workshops that blend geometry and art, such as Sri Yantra drawing. This is an active form of meditation to help you cultivate focus.
- Community Sessions: Our Sunday classes are a great way to drop in and experience the centre. These are open to everyone, regardless of experience level, and offer a space to connect with the local community.
