Our practice focuses on turning the senses inward, relying on silence, traditional chanting, and the structured Sivananda sequence to quiet the chitta (mind). This space is maintained as a zero-distraction zone to ensure your practice remains a journey of self-study rather than just physical exercise.
At the Sivananda Yoga Vedanta Nataraja Centre, we prioritize the traditional Hatha Yoga path. This means our classes are not high-intensity fitness sessions; they are designed to cultivate sattva (purity and balance) in your daily life.
