The ancient texts compare controlling the breath to taming a wild animal. It must be done slowly, carefully, and under the guidance of a guru. In my sessions, I share shlokas from the Upanishads to explain why technique is so critical in pranayama.

Our morning batch is dedicated to building a strong foundation with Surya Namaskar, Kriyas, and Pranayama. We focus on mastering the breath to reduce stress, improve organ function, and create a powerful connection between the body and mind.

About Pranayama: The Science of Breath

If you try to practice intense breathing exercises like Kumbhaka (breath retention) on your own, you might do more harm than good. In our sessions, we start with the basics of conscious breathing and gradually introduce these advanced techniques only when your body is prepared, ensuring your practice is safe and effective.
