We teach ancient Shuddhi Kriyas—like Jalneti, Sutra Neti, and Kapalabhati—to clear respiratory blockages and sharpen your focus. These are not standard exercises, but powerful cleansing practices that demand precise technique.

Sutra Neti is an advanced nasal cleansing technique that we teach in our Shuddhi Kriya workshops. It is highly effective for improving respiratory health, especially for those dealing with sinus issues or frequent colds. We ensure every student learns with proper guidance and safety.

Jalkram Kapalabhati is a cleansing practice where water is drawn through the nose and expelled from the mouth. It's a step beyond basic neti for clearing the upper respiratory tract. I guide students closely to ensure they perform the kriya correctly and comfortably.

Our Shuddhi Kriya workshops cover various techniques, including advanced abdominal kriyas like Nauli. We also practice Jalneti and conclude with meditation, providing a complete cleansing experience for the body and mind.

A student practices Jalneti, a nasal cleansing technique using a neti pot with saline water. This is one of the first and most important kriyas we teach to help clear the nasal passages and prepare the body for deeper pranayama.

Each student receives individual attention during our cleansing workshops. Here, a participant focuses on the Jalneti practice, learning to control the flow of water for an effective and safe nasal wash.

After the active cleansing kriyas, we practice Tratak, a candle-gazing meditation. This practice helps to cleanse the eyes, improve concentration, and bring a sense of calm and stillness to the mind, completing the purification process.

About Yogic Cleansing: Shuddhi Kriyas

You cannot learn these powerful techniques from a video alone. My workshops are limited to 15 participants because I need to physically monitor your alignment and breathing. This ensures you perform each Kriya safely and effectively, preventing the risks that come with trying these on your own at home.
