Featured Yoga Workshops & Traditional Practices
Authentic yoga training in Ghatkopar East, blending traditional Hatha techniques with detailed anatomical focus for real, sustainable progress.
In our women's health workshops, we go deep into the 'why' behind the practice. Here, Shraddha is explaining the pelvic floor muscles, which are crucial for core stability, organ support, and overall well-being. It's not just about doing the pose, but understanding your own body.
This is a glimpse into our Jalneti workshop, a powerful yogic cleansing kriya. We guide students safely through the process of nasal irrigation to help with allergies, sinus issues, and the effects of city pollution. Proper technique is everything, and we make sure you learn it the right way.
Many people practice pranayama but don't get the results they want. As the Hatha Yogic texts say, correct practice can cure all diseases, but incorrect practice can invite them. I explain these ancient principles to ensure your breathwork is safe, effective, and truly healing.
We build up to advanced postures like these backbending variations with careful preparation. Here, I am providing a hands-on adjustment to help a student safely deepen their Urdhwa Dhanurasana. The goal is always progress, not perfection, achieved through strength and proper alignment.
AcroYoga is a practice of trust, balance, and connection. It challenges your strength and focus while being incredibly playful. Here, we demonstrate a flying posture, showing how two people can work together to create stability and lift.
Achieving flexibility for poses like the splits requires more than just stretching. In this workshop, we focus on hip mobility through a specific series of postures and drills, using props like blocks to support the body and gradually open the hamstrings and hip flexors.
This path is personal for me. It has been 12 years since I chose freedom from addiction. Yoga was my way out and my way forward. This journey taught me that the real practice is about showing up for yourself, and it is this experience that I bring to every class I teach.
About Featured
In every session, we prioritize the 'why' behind the 'what.' Whether you are learning Shuddhi Kriyas to manage city pollution or working on deep backbends, my focus is always on alignment and safety first. We do not rush through poses; we break down the anatomy so you can practice with confidence, not just mimic a posture.
Kriyeva Karanam Siddhe—only practice leads to success. My approach is rooted in this philosophy. If you are looking for a studio where you can just tick a box, this is not it. We focus on depth, understanding, and the science of movement.
What we cover in our workshops:
- Yogic Cleansing (Shuddhi Kriya): Essential for those living in Mumbai, we teach Jalneti, Sutra Neti, and Kapalabhati under strict supervision to ensure these strong techniques are used safely for allergies and stress.
- Women's Health: Shraddha leads these specialized sessions focusing on pelvic floor health, PCOD, and menopause. It is about understanding the female body's anatomy and applying therapeutic asanas.
- Advanced Asana Mastery: For those ready to progress, we run multi-day courses on backbends, hip mobility, and splits. We use props like ropes and blocks, and provide hands-on spotting to help you safely push past physical barriers.
- Pranayama & Breathwork: We teach the traditional science of breath, including Kumbhaka, to balance the nervous system, distinct from casual breathing exercises.
Everything happens in our studio in Ghatkopar East, where we keep batch sizes small (10-15 people) to ensure I can provide personal attention and adjustments to every student. Whether you are dealing with an injury or looking to master a complex posture, we work step-by-step.
