The Grind: Build Real Strength and Mindset
This isn't about fancy machines or air-conditioned comfort. It is about building the discipline to push past your limits, whether you are training for the ring or for life.
My philosophy is simple. A 9 to 5 job is not a legacy. I chose the path of struggle in sports to make a name for my country. This is the mindset I pass on to my students.
I practice what I preach. Here I am during my own strength training session. A coach must lead by example, and I stay in peak condition to push my students harder.
What we do is not easy. It takes time and dedication. Here, my students are grinding through floor exercises and pushups, building the mental and physical endurance to succeed.
The work never stops. We find time and space to train, even on a rooftop. This shows the dedication of my students, who are always ready to put in the effort.

Shadow boxing is a form of meditation. It's just you and your technique. This is where you perfect your craft and build the discipline to keep going.

About The Grind: More Than Just a Fight
We don't do '10-5' training. Here, you will be flipping tractor tires and running highway sprints alongside serious fighters. If you want a comfortable gym, look elsewhere, but if you are ready to sweat for your goals, this is where you belong.
Real fighters are not made in air-conditioned rooms. At SFL Gym in Baprola, we strip away the machines and focus on raw, functional strength. You will work with tractor tires, sledgehammers, and shovels to build the kind of power that actually translates to the ring.
This is MMA training in Delhi that does not hold your hand. Whether you are prepping for local leagues or just want to get fit, you follow the same intensity as my competitors. We train on the mat and on the open road. It is about building a mindset that does not quit. Expect early mornings, hard drills, and a coach who will push you because I know you have more potential than you think.
This is for the serious trainee. If you show up, I will make sure you leave better than you arrived. We focus on self-defense, combat drills, and conditioning that pushes you to your breaking point and builds you back up. You need to come prepared to work, because here, we do not train for medals, we train for character.
