Martial Arts Training for Kids and Women
Strength has no gender and discipline starts young. We teach practical fighting skills and functional fitness to kids, women, and adults who want real, hard-earned results.
I am proud to coach these fearless young girls. This video shows them in a real Wushu competition, applying the skills and discipline they learned at the academy. This is what empowerment looks like.
Strength knows no gender. This female student is a powerhouse, lifting a heavy tire barbell. My training helps women build functional strength for self-defense and confidence.
A female student developing raw power through traditional digging exercises. This is a testament to the fact that our unconventional training methods are effective for everyone.
My little stars in action. Two young boys sparring in full protective gear. This teaches them respect, control, and how to apply their techniques in a live situation.
The future of our academy. I'm holding pads for one of my youngest students, teaching him the fundamentals of boxing. It's never too early to learn discipline.
Our youth squad during an outdoor session. We have boys of all ages running, carrying tires, and doing floor exercises together. They learn to be strong and to support each other.
A mixed group of boys and girls training hard together. They are flipping tires and doing wall sits, proving that hard work unites everyone.
A young man and woman training side by side, digging to build stamina. At my academy, everyone is an athlete, and we all put in the same work.
I train everyone. Here I am holding pads for a female student, while a young boy watches and learns. This creates a positive and inclusive training environment.
A female student practicing her power strikes on a kick shield. This is a crucial part of self-defense training, and we make sure our female students are confident and capable.
About For Everyone: Kids, Women, and Future Champs
We don't train with fancy machines here. Our conditioning happens on the ground using tractor tires, sledgehammers, and shovels to build real, raw power. You will sweat, you will work hard, and you will learn how to actually move and defend yourself.
Why the 'Desi' Approach Works
Real-world fitness isn't found on a treadmill. Whether you are a woman looking for self-defense skills or a parent wanting to instill discipline in your child, the focus is on functional movement. We use heavy 'Phawda' (shovel) drills and tire flips because these movements engage the entire body, building grip strength and core endurance that translate into actual capability.
For Kids and Women
My classes aren't just for pro-fighters. We have young kids learning the fundamentals of striking and discipline, and women building confidence through effective self-defense drills. This isn't a glossy gym; it is a space where we value hard work over expensive equipment. If you are ready to stop looking for shortcuts and start training, you will fit right in.
- No-Nonsense Training: We keep it raw. Indoor mats for combat, outdoor dirt for conditioning.
- Inclusive Environment: Everyone from 5-year-olds to adults trains side-by-side.
- Real Skills: You learn how to fight, not just how to jump around.
Come ready to put in the work. Whether you are aiming for a tournament or just want to get strong, we push you to your limits.
