Real Combat Drills: Master Your Striking in Delhi
I don't teach fancy moves that look good on camera. Here, you learn the hard, gritty basics of combat that actually work in the ring or on the street.
I believe in hands-on coaching. Here, I'm working with a young student on his boxing combinations using focus mitts. This drill improves accuracy, power, and reaction time.
Practice makes perfect. A student sharpens his punches and footwork during a pad work session. This is where muscle memory is built for real combat situations.
The heavy bag is a fighter's best friend. It's perfect for developing power in your punches and practicing combinations without a partner. This student is working on his hooks and crosses.
The journey begins. A young student unboxes his first pair of boxing gloves and immediately starts working on the heavy bag. This is where the passion for martial arts starts.
Even the youngest fighters learn proper technique. I'm holding pads for a small but determined student, teaching him how to throw a punch correctly and safely.
Outdoor pad work with my students. A female student practices her punches while a younger boy waits for his turn. We train as a group, and everyone gets a chance to improve.
You can't give up. A young fighter in a camouflage shirt practices his punches on the focus mitts during an outdoor session. His determination is clear.
Building a strong offense, one punch at a time. This young student is working on his striking combinations with me in an outdoor setting. Repetition is the key to mastery.
A female student practices her striking on a kick shield held by a partner. This drill is great for developing power in both punches and kicks.
This little champ is learning how to put his whole body into a punch using the heavy bag. Power comes from the ground up, and we teach that from day one.
About Combat Drills: Learn to Fight
I do not just hold pads so you can hit them. When we work, I watch your feet, your chin, and how you transfer power from the ground. Whether it is heavy bag work or shadow boxing, I am correcting your form in real-time. You will learn to keep your hands up and stay disciplined even when your lungs are burning and you want to quit.
Fighting is not about looking pretty. It is about impact, precision, and endurance. In these combat drills, we focus on the fundamental skills that every fighter needs to survive and win.
What we cover on the mats:
- Precision Pad Work: I use focus mitts to drill your jab, cross, and hooks. If your elbow drops or your guard is weak, you will know instantly. This builds the muscle memory needed for real sparring.
- Heavy Bag Conditioning: This is where you find your power. We use Invincible heavy bags to build the impact that makes your strikes matter. You aren't just tapping; you are hitting through the target.
- Shadow Boxing: This is mental training. You visualize an opponent and practice your footwork and combinations. It is the best way to develop the reflexes you need when the pressure is on.
- Ground Fighting Basics: For those interested in MMA, we start with the essentials—positioning and takedowns—on safety puzzle mats.
We train six days a week. We have indoor mat areas for technical work and outdoor grounds for the raw, unconventional strength training that sets my students apart. If you want to train for state-level competitions like the Delhi State championships or just learn self-defense, you need a coach who holds you accountable. Bring your will to work and leave the excuses at the door.
