Personal Fight Coaching
One on One Focus
- 12 sessions per month (3 per week), each lasting 60 minutes.
- Extensive focus mitts and Thai pad rounds held by the coach.
- Curriculum customized strictly to individual goals like self defense or specific skill improvement.
Accelerated Progress
- Immediate feedback on stance, footwork, and power generation.
- Flexible scheduling outside of peak group class hours.
- Fast tracked learning of advanced combinations bypassing general batch pace.
Standard Monthly Training
Training Frequency
- Classes run Mon to Sat, 90 to 120 minutes per evening session.
- Large group format covering Kickboxing, Muay Thai basics, and Wushu Sanda.
Desi Conditioning
- Outdoor strength work using tractor tires, sledgehammers, and farming hoes (Phawra).
- Road running and agility ladder drills performed on dirt tracks.
- Training takes place in a non AC, fan cooled hall and open air park areas.
Technical Work
- Striking drills on Invincible brand heavy bags and shadow boxing correction.
- Basic takedown defense and positioning drills on EVA foam mats.
- Technical sparring with light to medium contact.
Quarterly Pro Camp
Competition Focus
- Includes increased training volume with optional morning and evening double sessions.
- Instruction on fight IQ, opponent analysis, and specific rule sets (SFL vs Wushu).
- Coach provides cornering support at local Delhi/NCR tournaments.
Advanced Drills
- Supervised full contact sparring sessions for ring confidence.
- Traditional weight cutting guidance and mental conditioning for competition pressure.
- Paired practice with senior medal winning students for higher resistance.

- We build complete fighters for the ring and cage; aim is medals, belts, winning records.
Styles We Train
- MMA: All-rounder prep for the cage, just like UFC and SFL fighters.
- Wushu Sanda: Full-contact, gold medal coaching. My students have won at Delhi Olympics Games and Khelo India.
- Thaiboxing: Fight prep for all ages, deep ties in the Muay Thai circuit.
- Kickboxing: Real tournament prep from basics to advanced.
Our Grind
- Old-school ‘desi’ strength: tires, sledgehammers, mitti mein zor lagana (strength in the dirt).
- Conditioning for combat athletes: sprints, endless bodyweight reps, no shortcuts.
- Real sparring: You’ll hit, get hit, and learn from both.

My Story
Main Vishal Duggal, SFL Gym aur King Panther Martial Art Academy ka coach. 10-5 ki naukri karna mere bas ki baat nahi thi. Mujhe apni zindagi mein kuch alag karna tha, kuch aisa jo family aur desh ke liye proud feel ho. Jab mere 'little stars' ring mein jeette hain, asli khushi tab milti hai. Hum medals ke liye nahi, character ke liye ladte hain. Sapna hai ek din hamare yahan se bhi koi UFC tak pahunche. Bas mehnat, mehnat, aur mehnat.
My Work
MMA, Wushu, Kickboxing, Thaiboxing, Self-Defense, Yoga - Hum sabko train karte hain - kids, adults, boys, girls. Desi MMA training, weight loss, strength building sab milta hai.
Desi Style Training - Yahan fancy gym nahi, asli mitti, tire uthana, highway running fitness. Raw kickboxing coaching hai, real hai, kaam karta hai.
Serious Trainees Only - Jeetne ki zidd chahiye. Time-pass waale please mat aana. State champion banna ho ya self-defense seekhna ho, full push milega.
Champions Banate Hain - Delhi State, SFL, Khelo India - humare students ne medals jeete hain. Hum champions banate hain.
