Real Combat and Desi Strength Training in Baprola
This is where we build fighters, not just gym-goers. Experience raw, outdoor conditioning and real-world combat training designed for those who actually want to win.
This is what I mean by real strength. No fancy machines, just pure will and hard work. This young fighter is lifting a makeshift barbell made from tires, proving that strength comes from within. This is the 'no pain, no gain' philosophy in action.
I don't just teach you to fight, I teach you to win. Here are two of my young female students in a Wushu championship bout. They are learning to be fearless and to stand on their own, a lesson that goes far beyond the ring.
For those who want to take it to the next level, this is the goal. This is a shot from a professional MMA fight, showing the intensity of ground and pound technique. My training builds the foundation for this level of competition.
We use the earth to build our strength. Here, one of my students builds explosive power and endurance the traditional way, by digging. This is a core part of my desi functional fitness routine that builds strength that you can actually use.
It all starts with the basics. I work one-on-one with my students, like this young fighter, on pad drills to build speed, power, and perfect form. Every punch has a purpose.
We take our training anywhere, even the highway. This shows my students doing outdoor agility and stamina drills. Building endurance is key, and we push our limits together as a team, no matter the place.
People ask me why I do this. It's not for a 9 to 5 job. It's about building a legacy, for myself, my family, and my country. This is more than a sport, it's a way of life.
About Featured
My training isn't about looking good in a mirror. Whether it is tire flips on the dirt ground or precision pad work, every drill is built to increase your combat stamina and functional strength. You will be training outdoors and in the hall, using methods that have helped my students reach state and national levels in Wushu and MMA. If you are ready to put in the work, I am ready to push you.
We do not use treadmills or fancy machines here. My 'Desi' style of conditioning uses tractor tires, sledgehammers, and shovels to build strength that actually holds up in a real fight. You will be running sprints on the highway and training on dirt to build an engine that does not quit. This is the same rigorous preparation I use for my students who compete in the Super Fight League and various state-level championships.
What to Expect
- Combat Drills: You will learn real Muay Thai stances, footwork, and ground positioning. We work on heavy bags and mitts to ensure every punch has a purpose.
- Mental Toughness: It is not just physical. We build the mindset to fight through exhaustion. When you are tired, that is when the real training begins.
- Accessibility: My academy in Baprola is open to anyone who has the discipline, regardless of age or gender. Whether you are a total beginner or an aspiring pro-fighter, you will be doing the work, not just watching it.
This training is about building confidence and character. You can join for weight loss, to learn self-defense, or to become a state champion. The common denominator is hard work.
