- Location: Classes held at Vasant Vihar indoor studio (basic puzzle mat flooring) or designated park spots depending on batch size.

Physical Conditioning
- Warm up: High intensity cardio, running, and joint mobility drills.
- Stretching: Assisted flexibility training targeting full splits.
- Strength: Bodyweight exercises including knuckle push ups and core drills.
Skill Development
- Basics: Fundamental stance training (Horse stance, Bow stance) and footwork.
- Striking: Techniques include roundhouse, back horse kick, jump kicks, and basic punches.
- Forms: Step by step instruction of traditional Shaolin forms (Taolu).
1-on-1 Home Personal Training

- Location: Instructor travels to client's home within Vasant Vihar and vicinity.
- Scheduling: 12 sessions per month with flexible timing based on mutual availability.

Who Can Join
Classes are open for everyone. Kids and teens get their own sessions packed with fun and real discipline. Adults train their own way, but we’re all in it together.
How We Roll
Training’s tough but never boring. We go indoors and sometimes outdoors. Private sessions at home are an option. Fun challenges like the botel khol (bottle cap kick) keep things lively. Kabhi himmat mat haarna (never lose courage), that’s my motto.

Assalamu Alaikum dosto (hello friends). I’m Aaftab Sheikh Siddiquee, Kung-Fu Master. Been kicking around for 19 years, certified by International Shaolin Kung-Fu Federation. For me, Kung Fu is life - keeps me fitt & active, like water, always moving. I tell my students, defeat is only in your mind. Proud Indian Muslim, my faith gives me strength. I want to help you find power in mind, body, spirit. Never give up, dost 😊.

Open for All Ages - Kids, teens, adults - beginners or pros, all are welcome. Start with basics, move up as you grow.
