My Approach

Taekwondo mere liye sirf ek sport nahi hai - yeh zindagi hai. Every knockdown teaches me something new, and every time I stand up, it’s a win. I don’t just teach how to fight; I show you how to handle yourself, both inside and outside the ring.

Martial Arts Fitness here isn’t your regular gym scene. I blend Taekwondo-based workout techniques with modern, high-intensity martial arts training for total-body conditioning. You’ll sweat, you’ll struggle, but you’ll come out stronger.

Training Style

Mehnat is non-negotiable. Jab tak body na bole 'bas', training chalti hai. Expect:

  • Dynamic kicks, punches, and sparring (full gear, no shortcuts).
  • Core crushing, explosive jumps, and drills.
  • Flexibility stretches and balance work.
  • Endurance days with ladders, hurdles, tires, and jump ropes.

Who Can Join

Doesn’t matter if you’re a first-timer or a pro. Sabko jagah hai. Kids, adults, men, women - everyone’s welcome. Special batches for women’s martial arts fitness classes too.

My Story

Namaste, I'm Nandan, but most call me Guru Ji. Taekwondo, 'Ishq Hai Ye' (it's love for me), not just business. Academy’s named after my son, Sanju. My students? Like my own kids. Sakhti karta hu (I’m strict), but that’s how champions are made. We started small, now we’ve got a bigger branch because students wanted more space. Here, we train, joke, and even travel together. This place, every sweaty training, every silly reel, is my story.

My Work

Taekwondo for All Ages - We train everyone – little champs, seniors, beginners, black belts. Special batches for women and self-defense.

Discipline & Hard Work First - Luck nahi, mehnat hai (No luck, just hard work). Training is tough. 'No Pain No Gain.' Push your limits, grow stronger.

More Than Martial Arts - Taekwondo builds focus, discipline, confidence. Not just about punches, but getting back up after falling.
