Weekend Warrior Access (Sat-Sun)
Training Schedule & Access
- Frequency: 2 days per week (Saturday & Sunday).
- Duration: 3-Month commitment (Quarterly contract).
- Class Duration: Approx. 60-90 minutes of high-octane training per session.
- Disciplines Covered: A condensed mix of Kickboxing drills, MMA ground techniques, and functional fitness.
Facility & Equipment
- The Cage: Access to the octagon for drills (subject to availability).
- Floor: Standard EVA Puzzle Mats for safe falling and grappling.
- Conditioning Gear: Use of battle ropes, tractor tires for flipping, and USI heavy bags.
- Environment: Non-AC, fan-cooled environment for raw training conditions.
Coaching & Culture
- Instruction: Group coaching by experienced fighters.
- Style: Tough Love approach with loud commands.
- Sparring: Controlled sparring drills suitable for weekend frequency.

- Full Spectrum: Deep dives into specialized arts including Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu (Gi/No-Gi), Muay Thai Clinching, and Cage Control.
Mentorship & Progression
- Coach Access: Higher interaction time with head coaches due to daily presence.
- Competition Prep: Assistance with fight camp preparation for amateur leagues.
- Belt Grading: Training curriculum aligned with formal belt progression.
Facility Privileges

Kids Karate & Self-Defense Program

- Curriculum: Traditional Karate (Kata), basic tumbling, and situational self-defense.
- Safety: Strict No-Contact or Light-Contact policy for beginners.

Our Mixed martial arts techniques classes blend both worlds. Traditional karate is here too, with a proper belt system - so you know exactly where you stand. And if learning to protect yourself matters to you, our self-defense workshops for women and general situational training focus on real-life skills, not just theory. How We Train
