My Story
Namaste, we’re Prutha and Hardik. Yoga for us? Not just stretching or cool poses for Instagram. It’s sadhana, yaani deep practice, searching 'Who am I?' and sitting quietly with that. Nature shows us how - calm mountains, flowing rivers, all teaching us. We started Sayujya Yoga for real connections, not just classes. Our joy? Building a yogatribe, learning from old texts, sharing what we live. Recently my college honored me (Prutha), but honestly, our biggest win is seeing people grow.

Beyond Poses - Yoga here means philosophy, pranayama, mantra, Ayurveda, and Sthira Sukham Asanam practice. It’s about mind, not just body.
