We invite you to pause, step away from the noise, and turn inward. Our retreats are not about perfect poses, but about finding steady, calm space in nature.

Welcome to our sanctuary in the Himalayas. We believe that practicing together in the lap of nature is a profound way to reconnect with ourselves and the world. This is the heart of our retreat experience.

A moment of peace as the sun sets over the ocean in Goa. We use the rhythm of the waves and the beauty of the sky to guide our practice, finding stillness within the movement of nature.

A group of seekers meditating together inside a natural cave. These unique sessions allow for deep introspection, free from the distractions of the outside world, connecting us to ancient yogic traditions.

The sacred Havan, or fire ceremony, is a cornerstone of our retreats. It is a powerful practice of offering and purification, bringing our community together with shared intention and positive energy.

Immersed in the healing vibrations of Nada Yoga. We use Tibetan singing bowls, gongs, and chanting to create a sound bath that calms the nervous system and facilitates deep meditation and relaxation.

The joy of our yogatribe. Connection and community are essential to our retreats. We create a supportive space for laughter, sharing, and growing together, both on and off the mat.

Yoga is a science for the mind. Here, we are discussing how diet influences our psychology, exploring the concepts of Satvik, Rajasic, and Tamasic foods as described in the Bhagavad Gita.

We guide our students through traditional yogic cleansing practices like Jala Neti. This ancient technique of nasal cleansing purifies the nasal passages, clears the mind, and prepares the body for deeper pranayama.

About Featured

Beyond the daily asana classes, we intentionally structure our retreats to mimic a life of sadhana. You will start your mornings with Shuddhi Kriya, like Jala Neti, to clear the nasal passages and prepare the body for pranayama, followed by shared meals and evenings centered on Satsanga or fire ceremonies.
