Holistic Yoga Retreats: A Journey of Reconnection

We invite you to pause, step away from the noise, and turn inward. Our retreats are not about perfect poses, but about finding steady, calm space in nature.

Welcome to our sanctuary in the Himalayas. We believe that practicing together in the lap of nature is a profound way to reconnect with ourselves and the world. This is the heart of our retreat experience.

A moment of peace as the sun sets over the ocean in Goa. We use the rhythm of the waves and the beauty of the sky to guide our practice, finding stillness within the movement of nature.

A group of seekers meditating together inside a natural cave. These unique sessions allow for deep introspection, free from the distractions of the outside world, connecting us to ancient yogic traditions.

The sacred Havan, or fire ceremony, is a cornerstone of our retreats. It is a powerful practice of offering and purification, bringing our community together with shared intention and positive energy.

Immersed in the healing vibrations of Nada Yoga. We use Tibetan singing bowls, gongs, and chanting to create a sound bath that calms the nervous system and facilitates deep meditation and relaxation.

The joy of our yogatribe. Connection and community are essential to our retreats. We create a supportive space for laughter, sharing, and growing together, both on and off the mat.

Yoga is a science for the mind. Here, we are discussing how diet influences our psychology, exploring the concepts of Satvik, Rajasic, and Tamasic foods as described in the Bhagavad Gita.

About this collection

Beyond the daily asana classes, we intentionally structure our retreats to mimic a life of sadhana. You will start your mornings with Shuddhi Kriya, like Jala Neti, to clear the nasal passages and prepare the body for pranayama, followed by shared meals and evenings centered on Satsanga or fire ceremonies.

A True Pause from Daily Life

Many think of yoga as just physical exercise, but our retreats are designed to show you that the mat is just the starting point. Whether we are in the quiet of the Himalayas or by the coast in Goa, the goal remains the same: to stop the noise and look inward. This is not a holiday, but a temporary shift in how you live.

The Daily Sadhana

Our rhythm follows the principles of Hatha Yoga. We blend energetic Yang flows to wake the body with slow, restorative Yin practices to soothe the nervous system. You will learn more than just movement; we include:

  • Pranayama & Meditation: From Yoga Nidra to SWAN and cave meditations, we guide you through techniques to quiet the mind.
  • Traditional Cleansing: We teach purification practices like Jala Neti, emphasizing that internal hygiene is just as critical as your practice.
  • Philosophy & Study: We sit together to decode the Yoga Sutras, exploring how ancient wisdom applies to modern stress, anxiety, and daily living.
  • Community Rituals: Evenings are for connection. We gather for Kirtan, Havan fire ceremonies, and open Satsanga where we share experiences and ask questions.

Mindful Living

What you eat matters as much as what you practice. We serve three Sattvic vegetarian meals daily. This diet is intentional—it keeps the body light, the mind clear, and supports your progress on the yogic path. We avoid heavy, lethargic foods because we want you to feel steady, not sluggish.

Whether you are a beginner or a regular practitioner, you are welcome here. We provide the space, the tools, and the company of a tribe. You bring the intention.
