About this collection

Most of our retreats go beyond the mat to include traditional practices like cave meditation and Havan fire ceremonies. We find that the environment, whether it is the quiet of the Himalayas or the open coast of Goa, acts as a catalyst, allowing you to settle into a deeper, meditative state much faster than a standard urban yoga class.

For us, yoga is a tool for self-inquiry rather than a physical fitness regimen. This cluster represents our commitment to that deeper work. We invite you to step out of your regular routine to engage in 'Sadhana', or disciplined spiritual practice, in environments that support healing.

What to Expect at Our Retreats

Our retreats are not about perfect poses. They are structured to help you look inward. You will find a mix of energetic Yang flows, restorative Yin sessions, and breathwork (pranayama) designed to regulate the nervous system. We incorporate elements like:

  • Nature-Based Healing: Whether in the mountains of the Himalayas or the serene shores of Goa, we utilize the five elements to help you ground your energy.
  • Community Satsanga: Connection is key. We gather for open talks, Kirtan singing, and art therapy to build a supportive 'yogatribe' that lasts long after the retreat ends.
  • Deep Silence: From silent nature walks to guided meditation in caves, we provide the space needed to quiet the mind.

Why Choose Our Retreats

We focus on the holistic journey. You will practice Jala Neti, engage in sound healing, and eat sattvic meals designed to cleanse the body. This is a space to pause, reflect on your 'who am I' questions, and return home with a clearer mind and a steadier heart. Whether you are a first-timer or a regular practitioner, you are welcome here to grow at your own pace.
